Delivery

At Häxan, we do everything to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays containing only stock items will be packed and shipped the same day or the next business day at the latest.


Please note that you must enter correct and complete information in your order as Häxan cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you have completed your purchase. You as the buyer are responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information, wrong delivery address or wrong mobile number in your order.

PostNord MyPack Collect , 3-4 days

- For pickup from parcel lockers, the PostNord app is required.

Your parcel is delivered to the PostNord collection point. You will
will be notified via the app, text message or email when the parcel is available for collection. The person collecting the shipment from the service point must present a valid ID and arrival notification.

PostNord Home delivery (MyPack Home), 3-5 days

PostNord delivers the package to your door at the agreed time on weekdays between 8-21 depending on the delivery area. You will be notified of an upcoming delivery via the app, text message or email. You can change the delivery time or give permission to leave the delivery at the door if you are not at home at the time of delivery via the link in the notification. In addition, you can fill in additional information, such as the door code, or change the home delivery to a pick-up delivery.

Trace your package

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email address. The delivery confirmation will include a tracking link that you can click on to track your shipment.


If you have not received a notification that the parcel has arrived but see via the tracking link that the parcel has arrived at the agent, you can pick up the parcel with the parcel ID/tracking number/sequential number and ID.

At the Post Office

To collect your parcel, you will need your ID and the number that you will find in the SMS or e-mail notification.

Remember that you must always be able to show your ID when collecting parcels. The only person allowed to collect the parcel from the agent is the person whose name is on the parcel. The name on the order and on the ID card must match.

The parcel remains at the post office about 7 days before being returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the cost of shipping and handling if the package is not picked up, the cost of this is SEK 99 in case of no pickup. Shipping is not refundable.

The delivery companies may choose another agent, if the selected agent is unavailable. We cannot change recipient information after the shipment has left our warehouse. In the case of incorrect/incomplete address, the shipment will be returned to us for a fee of SEK 99.

Delivery delays

Delivery times may be extended if unforeseen delays occur along the way or due to temporarily sold out goods.

Return & Right of withdrawal

You have a full right of withdrawal for 30 days after receiving the product if you are not satisfied. To return a product, it must be unused and all labels and accessories must be included.

You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Return shipping & booking of returns is handled by the customer.

Once we have registered the return with us, we will notify you by email or refund the amount automatically. The inventory cost is 99 SEK and it is deducted from the refund. Shipping is not refunded.

Adjustments to the invoice are handled by Klarna.

Does your product not match the description or is it broken?

Contact us with the following information:
* Your order number
* Description of your case
* Photo of the product if damage has occurred, in order to be eligible for a refund or new delivery

Please note that the complaint period is 30 days from the date your package has been delivered.

Together we will agree on how to solve it all.

Uncollected parcel

Your package is normally left for about 7 days in the box or at the agent and must be picked up during that time period from the time you receive a notification from your delivery point or SMS notification. If you do not pick up the package within the allotted time, it will be sent back to Häxan and you will be charged SEK 99 for the return cost. Shipping is not refundable.

This also applies to incorrect address information that results in the package not being delivered and sent back in return.

Have you not received a notification of your delivery or have you been waiting a long time for your package?
This is usually due to the fact that the wrong phone number or email was entered when ordering and the notification does not reach the correct number.
